Do you love a 30 Day Challenge? Committing to something for 30 Day can be life changing. It can open up your mind to new possibilities. A 30 day challenge can put you on your way to making better habits, give you confidence and a sense of accomplishment.
Each day do something for self care. You can do something on this list or something else you want to add to the list. Repeat the same thing for all 30 days or do something different each day. You could even do one thing per week. Do what works best for you and your lifestyle. You can start any time, any day, in the middle of a month or the first of the month. The choice is yours and you are free to switch it up.

Ideas for a 30 Day Self Care Challenge
- Go for a leisure walk.
- Declutter 10 items in the house, car, yard, etc.
- Drink water only for a day.
- Start a journal or a book.
- Stop taking life seriously. Laugh and play and smile at everyone.
- Detox from Social Media.
- Write 3 things you are grateful for.
- Do a random act of kindness.
- Get a Manicure or Pedicure.
- Have a healthy day of eating.
- Sit and watch people
- Listen to a podcast.
- Organize a spot in your home.
- Do nothing for 10 minutes.
- Have a date night.
- Get your hair done.
- Buy fresh flowers.
- Take a long bath.
- Try Yoga.
- Watch a sunrise/sunset.
- Get a massage.
- Start a Gratitude Journal.
- Cook or bake.
- Create a bedtime routine.
- Learn something new.
Whatever you do, do what feels right and makes you happy. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others.
