Why 30 Days of Gratefulness
From social media to the news, we are bombarded by negative messages all day long. And that can lead to negative thoughts and negative beliefs about ourselves and our lives. Then we walk around with a negative mindset, complaining about every little thing.
The benefits of a 30 Day Challenge help make us happier and more optimistic. Gratitude can improve our overall health, deepen our relationships, and increase our productivity. Imagine how much your life can improve if you practiced gratitude for 30 consecutive days.
So if you are looking for happiness, give it a try.
To keep track of your daily gratitude habit you could use a journal, make a video on your phone, maybe while you take gratitude walks or even keep a gratitude jar.
Think of something or someone every day to be thankful for. You can do the same thing every day or switch things up to do something different for all 30 days. The choice is yours.
So I have a list of prompts for you to help you get started or you can use them all.
- The challenge is based on a series of questions or prompts that I encourage you to think about for the day. Only one per day.
- Thinking and responding to each of the prompts can take as long as you like so you can get the most out of the challenge.
