Anti Aging Skin Care Times You Need For Winter
Preventing dryness is our number one focus for winter anti aging skincare routines. We want to preserve the moisture we have and prevent dryness. Depending on your climate, elevation and where you are living, you may experience more dryness in winter months than in summer months. My area is in Wyoming and we definitely have dry winter months.
Here are a few things I use to help me get through the rough, dry winter months. Maybe they will help you out as well.
Layered Moisturizing
One moisturizer may not be enough in winter. Start with a hydrating serum like Monat Hydrating Booster. This serum is ultra hydrating and balances the skins natural moisture. Then apply a cream moisturizer. Be Gentle, Be Balanced, and Be Purified are great options, depending on your skin type, and will lock in the moisture.

Keep Using SPF
Don’t forget to use your special SPF, just for your face, all winter long. If the sun is shining, put on your sunscreen. Even low levels of UV light can add up over a lifetime.

Cleansing
